The Ulster County Crime Victims Assistance Program offers a 24 hour confidential crisis hotline for survivors of violent crime. This hotline is the Rape Crisis Hotline for Ulster County.

When Ulster County Crime Victims Assistance Program receives a crisis call, staff members or trained volunteers provide survivors with in-person or telephone crisis counseling. We can accompany victims to hospitals, police agencies and courts, and also advocate with these agencies on a survivors behalf
